the staff helped with local attractions, acceptable.

The breakfast was very expensive for southeast asia and what it was. I mean seriously expensive for some eggs. also, the shower was in the bath. The bath got slippery when used as a shower. I'd prefer not to risk a fall.

The staff provided a warm welcome at the door and continued with attentive service. the hotel prepared a breakfast takeaway box for our early departure to the airport! i appreciated that special touch. It demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. the two pools were spacious, which i really enjoyed during the afternoons.
